Unable to stop MWS using ./mws.sh script

  • 1.  Unable to stop MWS using ./mws.sh script

    We are not able to shutdown MWS using “mws.sh stop” command or shutdown.sh command. It gives us the error

    $ ./shutdown.sh
    …
    …
    …
    Stopping MWS…
    ERROR
    REASON: For input string: “”
    Most likely the portal server is not running.

    Does anyone knows the reason for this ?

    Prashanth,

    Please check the running processes on the server and see if the MWS is still alive.
