Unable to run the webmethods installer.(end-of-central-directory signature not found)

    Hi,
    I try to install the webMethods 6.1, when I click the installer immediately dos prompt appears and it shows “end-of-central-directory signature not found.” then that dos window is disapeared.

    initially I tried to install webMethods 7, using wM 7 installer, then I stopped (not installed) after then I tried to install the webMethods 6.1.

    Please advice me how to fix this issue.
