I have an issue with my client LPAR. When I check the hdisk, it showed:
0516-062 : Unable to read or write logical volume manager
record. PV may be permanently corrupted. Run diagnostics

This hdisk actually a vhdisk, I present the volume to VIOS and from VIOS I assigned to this server.
I have tried the synclvodm, but its not working.

For your information, user still can access the filesystem in this hdisk.
Hope anyone in here can help me on this issue.

You didn't say what you use this disk for.

It's been quite a while but I had a similar issue with an hdisk1(rootvg). What I had to do was to unmirror hdisk1 from rootvg, reduce the disk from the VG, remove the disk with rmdev -dl and then bring it back with cfgmgr and re-mirror it back to rootvg.

If this is not a mirrored disk:

Have you tried fsck'ing the filesystems? Have you tried going into diag to see what it finds?
what's the expanded explanation of your errpt for the disk errors?
    Hope that helps.
    Good luck.
