    Dear Team,

    We are able to successfully enter the right username and password to open the BigFix console (v9.2.19.18) and it has displayed a dialog box stating "The security certificate used by DOXXXXX server is not trusted. Do you want to trust security certificate signed by JBM_Endpoint_Manager when connecting to DOXXXXX ?"

    After clicking on "Yes" the tool being just ideal and the session never opened.

    Please advise if any Java verison to be used in order to open this console and if there is a way to see the logs on why its failing to open.

    Appreciate if there is any help/support in this regard.
