  • 1.  Unable to Install TN Document Types

    Hi All,

    I am unable to install TNDocument type and getting the below error:-

    Could not run ‘installTypes’.
    com.wm.app.b2b.server.ServiceException: [ISS.0026.9102] Service ‘wm.b2b.editn:installTypes’ is not operational. To run this service, first recompile the Java source.

    I tried to install from Admin as well as from Developer.

    Can you please help me on this.

    Are you able to run any other java service successfully, i suspect you have not set the class path in “watt.server.compile” property properly.

    just check and post it back…

    Since we’re not expected (and actually cannot) compile the Java source for wM-supplied services, I suspect the the compile property is not the issue.

    It may be a mismatch between expected JVM version and actual JVM version. Which version is being used to run IS/TN? It may be older than is supported.

    oops, reamon pointed correctly… i overlooked it :frowning: … out of box java code does not to be compiled again infact cant be :stuck_out_tongue:
