  • 1.  Unable to disable process models in Modeler

    Posted Sat April 01, 2006 06:18 PM

I am using webMethods Modeler 6.1 Build 104. When I try do disable active process models, I get the following message:

A request to disable process model ‘FROI’ has been submitted to Process Runtime.

However, even after multiple tries to do this and multiple refreshes, the models remain enabled.

    Any idea why? Thanks!

Hi Jeevan - Yes… I am trying to disable the process model in Monitor. I have tried restarting the server as well. That does not help.

Thanks for the suggestion Jeevan. Found out the source of the problem. I had a package used by the model disabled in Administrator. Once I enabled this package, I was able to disable the process in Monitor. After this, I could disable the package using Administrator.

    Hi

    Thats great,

You solved your own problem, next time I could check if the model has any dependencies which have disabled or deleted for some reason , bings in an other angle.

    Cheers
