Read the documentation for the addProfile service and make the appropriate adjustments to your inputs. You’re apparently trying to add the “Enterprise” profile a second time, which is not permitted.

Even I had faced the same issue once. Remove the fix TNC_6-1_SP1 from webMethods6\TNConsole\updates The above mentioned solution helped me out. just try this if it is applicable for u.
