I am facing a sequence number issues every time when there is an upgrade to xml schema file.

That is, when I import an xsd in WTX to create a type tree, it creates a Sequence number like "Seq1" ,"Seq2" etc., in the name of the group.

But this sequence number is keep changing every time when I import the same xsd. So due to which the existing map rules with those fields/groups are getting impacted.

Hence it leads to the development of the same map from scratch. It takes huge time for me for such maps using the xml structures.

Because I have a scenario where the xsd gets upgraded once or twice a year. So every time when I import the new xsd to create type tree, it changes the sequence number and it impacts mapping rule of all those fields which have new sequence number.

There are one solution is to use the xsd directly in the input card so that there wont be any sequence number present in the input xml structure.

But I am not sure if there will be any issue (like performance ) if I follow this technique.

So Could anybody advise me on the below queryies?

    1) How to get rid of this sequence number creation in the type tree while importing the xsd?

    2) Does the use of XSD directly in both input & output cards is a good solution ? will there be any other issue?? please suggest.

    Regards.

    Shiva
