Hi Dino
As part of my testing, in one of the models which I have created, I have a fact table which uses two relative time lookup references. One is for the order date. The other is for the ship date. Each is used for a measure. One measure has the relative time measures for ship date. The other has the relative time measures for order date.

I created my second measure by making a copy of the first and setting the lookup reference property of the newly created measure to use the desired lookup reference.
Using my existing module, I attempted to reproduce the problem which you have reported. I did not succeed. I did, however, encounter a problem, which I have logged. The problem is in the same ballpark as the problem you have encountered. Rather than having duplicate identifiers, in my case the identifiers of the source objects are being assigned to the objects being created by the copy/paste actions and the source objects are getting new identifiers.
In my case, I created a folder, put one of the measures which has relative time measures defined for it into the folder.
I then copied and pasted the folder.
I examined the identifiers of the original measure and the measure in the copy of the folder. The latter now has the identifier of the original measure and the former has a new identifier. This, obviously, is the reverse of what should happen.
I also encountered that problem when I created a folder and then created a measure in the folder, rather than put one which already existed.
Please respond privately and let me know of a convenient time to have a webex so I can help you work up a test case for customer support and, perhaps, identify how to fix the problem. I think I have identified one way. I usually start my work day at 6 a.m., which is 11 a.m. UK time and 12 p.m. Europe.

Subject: Two relative measure dates
Hi everyone,
We are working in Airline Industry and when looking at sales data we usually have two relative dates (date of sale and date of flight).
Because of that when building measures in our Data Module we need all measures using two lookup references (sales and flight date).
We built quite a lot of measures and indexes (100+) and all of them have lookup reference to FLIGHT DATE.
Now we would like to have all that measures copied and just change lookup reference to SALES DATE.

Problem is that we can't copy measures because when they are pasted they have exactly the same identifier as those using FLIGHT DATE reference. Is there an easy way to copy those measures without manually changing IDENTIFIER for each measure (it means we have to change all the indexes in the same way)?
Thanks in advance,
