    You should be able to use the HMC to turn off the attention LED. Under version 7 of HMC, click on the managed system, expand Operations, expand LED Status and click on Deactivate Attention LED.

    -Task Selection (Diagnostics, Advanced Diagnostics, Service Aids, etc.)
    - Identify and Attention Indicators
    - Set System Attention Indicator to NORMAL

    + Set System Attention Indicator to NORMAL
    And then

    F7
