As discussed internally, ACE can certainly accept and use a merged truststore. You however are mentioning a namespace level. Traditional ACE does not use namespaces. You are probably referring to CP4I or another container based solution. In this case you can still use a merged truststore. You would need to generate a secret that points to this and pass it to the pod on startup. The exact steps on how this is accomplished would be based on your container solution and what release you are using. We do not have a document that describes this process.
