Below found exception is observed in our webMethods 7.1.2 environment IS logs related to broker trigger.

[ISS.0098.0055E] Exception during attempt to register Trigger: com.wm.app.b2b.server.dispatcher.exceptions.PersistenceException: com.wm.app.store.TSException: [BAT.0002.0000] Wrapped Exception: com.wm.txn.TransactionException: [BAC.0002.0000] Wrapped Exception: com.wm.txn.TransactionException: [BAF.0003.0072] BAF.0003.0072

followed by

[ISS.0098.0024C] No Trigger available for incoming Document
Rejecting Document
2014-01-15 12:05:18 UTC [ISP.0090.0004E] – Could not publish ErrorEnvelope. noSubscriber => %lastError/error%

Any idea what triggers this error?

It looks like no trigger available for the published document.

Did you check if that published document is being subscribed by any service and trigger created/enabled?

This error stopped after we restarted both broker and IS.
