I have a valid license for SPSS 27, which I would like to transfer from my old PC to my new one. The SPSS data file has already been installed on the new PC. However, when I enter the license code I get the error 7001. Is it possible that my license on the old PC has to be deactivated before I can transfer it to the new PC?

Thanks for your respond, but this link doesn't help me with my issue. On my new computer there is a lservrc data in the directory and even the authentification number is written there. Always when I try to restart SPSS the same happens. It tells me that there is no license (even if I run "showlic") Can someone please help me?

I think I have an Idea: I think someone of the support has to separate my authentifications key with my old lock key, so that I can reconnect my new lock key (new PC) to my authentifications key.

Pls can someone help?!
