    We have 3 perpetual license codes and one of them is being used on a laptop that is being replaced. Our company replaces laptops every two years. I have the authorization code.

    Support Member​ Please open a case for returning old activation(AUTO_RETURN) as described here:

    After that you can just use your authorisation code to activate on a new pc.
