Track no. of tokens consumed by zDnT instance

    Hi Team,

        We would like to track the no. of tokens consumed by zDnT instance.   

    Got to know about RLKS Administration & Reporting Tool which provides the same.

    However, would like to confirm below points w.r.t reporting tool:

    1.  Reporting tool needs to be installed/configured on RLKS.

    2. In s/w based licensing, RLKS (i.e. Rational License Key Server) is nothing but Token/FlexLM server. 

     

    Is there any command which will provide same information from zDnT server/License Manager ?

    Hi Gautam,

     

    Your understanding about point 1 and 2 are correct. On license manager you can not check, But, on the instance you can go to log directory and open feutlicm log where you can see the status of your license but not the count. To see the complete information about no of tokens consumed, you need to go to RLKS server. Typically, 1 CP = 35 tokens in case of non-sysplex.
