• 1.  TNS.0005.2023I message in server logs

Posted Tue December 28, 2010 05:37 AM

Hi,
We are seeing these two entries in our server logs frequently

[TNS.0005.2023I] Unable to connect to kl390s003d0f80no0000000v for polling
[TNS.0000.2073I] Inserting doc kl39fd005kldlvm2000007iv into datastore

[TNS.0005.2023I] Unable to connect to kl390s003d0f80no0000000v for polling

• I am not sure what this message means?

[TNS.0000.2073I] Inserting doc kl39fd005kldlvm2000007iv into datastore

• does this mean that document has been inserted into bizdoc table?
( kl39fd005kldlvm2000007iv- i found a match for this id in transaction analysis)

Are we seeing these messages because of any config/code issues?

Please let me know any of you have seen these kind of messages.

Thanks,
Yarkar

Both the messages are related to TN:

[TNS.0000.2073I] Inserting doc kl39fd005kldlvm2000007iv into datastore–>This is a general logging message in the server log when ever TN receives a document and you can ignore this

[TNS.0005.2023I] Unable to connect to kl390s003d0f80no0000000v for polling -->Check the configuration of TN public queues (Tools–>Registery–>Public Queues) and make sure the queue is processing fine or stuck due to any issue
