Hi,

In TN we face this wierd issue. In processing rule fields Sender and Receiver are defined already but it is not visible, only the partner profile icon is shown not the name. Default processing rule gets selected whenever there is document transport between the partners defined in the particular processing rule.

What may be the reason for this behavior or just a temporary issue?

Is the processing rule below Default? If possible delete the existing rule and create it/retry:

They were not below default rule. I deleted the existing processing rules and imported new ones, now the issue is gone. But I just want to know what caused this problem. Any idea?
