TN - Multiple receivals - Adjust retry count

    Is there any re-trial in wM TN? I am having problem of multiple receivals.

    I have received same order multiple times. First time I see processing status as failed and I see 2 receivals of
    same order with in a minute apart which are successful.

    When I do the diff between these 3 transactions of same order, I don’t see any difference. Not sure why order receival
    failed 1st time. But need to know where in TN I can tune the re-trial of submission of orders if it failed first time.

    Who/how is submitting the document? Do they resend if they detect an error? Are they sending directly to TN receive? What is the configuration of the processing rule that handles the document?
