    Hi all,

    Submitting a test xml document produced a strange error:

    “This document could not be processed by the conversation engine because of the following exception: com.wm.app.tn.cm.ConversationException: No status available for: 1”

    Now I see the process as “running” and all tentative tu suspend or cancel the conversation from TN console failed with message

    “No status available for: 1”

    Any ideas of what could I’ve done wrong?
