We have the zDNT 11.0 version installed with z/OS 2.2. Now Our security team enforced us to use the TLS 1.2 encryption in the emulator settings. But now we need to know whether zDNT supports TLS 1.2 encryption supports? Need to know how we can configure the TLS 1.2 at z/OS level. Please help me on this.

I referred the link provided by you. But i am facing difficulties for finding the actual steps to perform. Could you please help me with the actual steps for configuring the TLS 1.2 encryption.

I'm afraid that it is a bit difficult to do that here as no-one knows your set-up. I would suggest talking to your system programmers about this as it requires customization to ICSF and CS along with some RACF administration. Everything is documented on how to do it in the various IBM manuals and it just takes a little bit of time to sit down, go through each step and then perform the tasks.

Thanks for your input. I have configured successfully TLSv1.2 on our environment.

Currently we are using QWS3270 V4 emulator but this version don't support the TLSv1.2. Causing us to go for V5, which is not free to download. Could you please suggest any Emulator which support the TLSv1.2 & free to download. 

Nearly all 3270 clients that I've seen support TLS 1.2 but none are free, normally you get a free period for trial and are then expected to pay. I believe that the only free one is x3270 which supports openssl so should support TLS 1.2 but I don't know how to set it up.
