The webMethods Messaging subsystem was not initialized

    Hello Experts,

    I have created new instance in 10.1 version and i am getting below error while trying to create broker configuration.

    Gwm.server.messaging:getConnectionAliasReport
    class com.wm.app.b2b.server.ServiceException
    [ISS.0153.9012] The webMethods Messaging subsystem was not initialized. No webMethods Messaging features are available. See server log for more details.

    Caused by: com.wm.app.b2b.server.dispatcher.exceptions.CommException: [ISS.0153.9012] The webMethods Messaging subsystem was not initialized. No webMethods Messaging features are available.

    It is working fine in other instances. I tried to delete dispatch.cnf file and restarted the server. but no luck!! please help me on this

    Try copying the dispatch.cnf file from backup/config and also check the license key if you are entitled to use the messaging feature of UM.
