The page cannot be displayed

    I have successfully installed Integration Server 4.6(sp1), and when I run “Web Services Quick Start home page”, and the page can’t be displayed.

    Actually when the server is starting and I can see those message from DOS window, but I couldn’t see Initalization Complete

    000000 [B2BSERV.0025.0001] Integration Server 4.6 Build 939
    000001 [B2BSERV.0025.0006] License Manager started
    000002 [B2BSERV.0025.0008] State Manager started
    000003 [B2BSERV.0025.0010] Service Manager started
