i've done a mistake: i've changed the portnumber to try out. whit the portnummber of mangodb 27017 i get connection to the local gateway console in terminal and it responds with this error code: 

[ERROR] default - (Client ID zwAyRs8z9I3_ZA1) Connection #19 to destination V110-15AST:27017 had error: ECONNREFUSED

and the massage from the test results in the cloud with the standard portnumber 27017 :

Error from server.
java.net.SocketTimeoutException
Read timed out

I get this connection attempt from the cloud-service in my local terminal shown. is it an authorization issue? i use my IBM login.


1.UPDATE: the same login i've set-up on the mongodb, but still no connection

This is typically caused by a mismatched protocol between the SG Client and the on-prem resource (e.g., the client is attempting a TCP connection to a host:port that is expecting a TLS connection). In some cases, a firewall rule may cause this error instead of ETIMEDOUT

my firewall is truned off.

any other suggestions?

@security gateway properties is the client running on docker on localhost with the logs and errors displayed and connected. is it just a login issue?
