We have users in our Graphics Development group that are running Exceed OnDemand and
launching an XTERM session from their Common Desktop Environment.
While in that session window, if they type in "cd ~userid" it closes
that Xterm window and drops a coredump in the users AIX home
directory. If users simply "cd" to their home directory rather than using the tilde the problem doesn't occur. In short, exceed on demand --> select system --> cde screen --> xterm --> "cd
~/userid" --> coredump. "file core" points to "tcsh"
No coredump occurs if they "cd" to the home directory WITHOUT the tilde,
or if open another xterm from within (secondary window).
