  • 1.  System time out

    Hi
    I have developed a bot that should run every day at 9am, at the beginning everything was going well, but 3 days ago the bot was not running at the defined time. I checked the log and this is the error, any way to fix the error?

    Hi Alex

    did you set an appropriate value for the green/yellow/red time when you published the script (Advanced options in the Publishing pop-up window)?
    The red time value defines the maximum runtime for the script which can result in a timeout error when the script isn't finished before that value.

    Hi Alex!

    This is happening to some machines I supervise as well. The red time is configured to hours but the execution fails with this same error message as well. What seems to be solving it for me is to access the machine and then log out using the "IBM Always On" feature of the IBM app icon on the system tray. Because we plan on upgrading from 20.12.3 to the version to be released in the next few days, we haven't gone into much trouble exploring this issue.
