    is it possible? Or Do I need to create the new PVs the same size (25GB)?
    Can I grow the filesystem OnLine or offline?

    1. Yes, It is possible. The number of disk should be same as previous stripe-width i.e 40 in your case, size doesnot matters.
    2. You can grow the file system online using C-SPOC
