Do you have any other appliances which either connect to, or relay through another device, to get to O365? For example our multifunction copiers/printers/scanners relay scanned documents through another smtp server which gets it to O365. Our IBM i LPARs relay through the service we use to front end O365 to weed out spam. Our internal smtp servers are a few Domino servers (we do not use Domino email, just other stuff) we have SMTP configured on. You will likely have to whitelist your storwise to be allowed to relay. On our FS7300 it's Under Support, Call Home, "Call Home with email notifications", "Email servers". Put in the IP addresses of your relay servers. Hopefully you have more than one. Then on your relay servers put in the IP address of the storwise to whitelist it. In Domino it's in the Address Book, Configuration, Configurations, pick one, Router/SMTP, Restrictions and Controls, SMTP Inbound Controls. I just put the addresses of devices I want to allow to relay in both "Exclude these connecting hosts from anti-relay checks" and "Allow messages only from the following internet hosts to be sent to external internet domains".

Subject: Storwize email notification
Hi,
we are moving from our on-premises mail server to smtp.office365.com which requires credentials.
Is it possible to configure the notifications settings so that our V7000 and V3700 storages continue to send notifications as before?
Thanks in advance
