Step Error in Completed process

    Hi All,

    We have a simple process model that inserts a record in header table, then inserts a record in lines table and then it updates the header table. In an instance the process is completed without errors but the record is not in the table.

    If a look to this instance I see an empty Step Error with an empty Error Stack Trace.

    Anyone idea how this happens.
