Are there plans to upgrade SSL (LPP) to 1.1.1*?

I need this for AIX, but I ran across an IBMi document that says "OpenSSL 1.0.2 will go out of service at the end of 2019.  It is recommended that you  recompile your application to link to OpenSSL 1.1.1 as soon as possible."

The current version available on the Web Download Pack site is 1.0.2.1801 (1.0.2r)

I believe OpenSSL 1.1.1d it the current, stable, LTS release
