    Hi everyone,

    Need your help.  We made a few security changes yesterday on one of those changes was disabling FTP and now some of automated jobs are failing because WS_FTP keeps on asking for us to enter the password. I tried selecting different authentication methods and we are still getting prompted to enter the user account password. We are using SFTP/SSH as the connection protocol.  What is really interesting is that if we use FileZilla it doesn't prompt us to enter the password. Unfortunately, we cannot replace WS_FTP with FileZilla as the third-party software that uses it mentioned that FileZilla doesn't have a command prompt and therefore, we couldn't use it.  Have any of you come across this issue and if so, how did you fix it?

    Any information would be appreciated.
