I strongly suspect that you do not have a licence for the SQL engine portion of Tamino.
The licence file (in XML form) is normally copied during installation to :-
c:\Program Files\Common Files\Software AG\LKey\ino231.xml (or ino221.xml if v2.2.1 of Tamino)
You can look at the licence file but you cannot edit it. There is a licenced component called “TaminoSQL” in this licence file and this should have a value “yes” or “no” and I suspect this is the latter.
(You can also view the licence file from the Tamino Manager as well).
If this is the case and you require the SQL feature then please contact your local Software AG.
