Good morning,
I purchased and downloaded SPSS v27 GradPack Premium on December 3, 2020 to my Lenovo Yoga 9 Series with Intel Core i7 10th gen, 1.50 GHz, 16.0 GB RAM, Windows 10 Home version 1909.
I was able to use the program up to December 6th, but have been unable to open the program since. I am receiving the following error message:
SPSS Client error: Exception thrown by “main”. Java.lang. VerifyError: JVMVRFY036 stack underflow; class= com/spss/java_client/core/common/prefs/ExecStartupPreferences, method=doStartupExecPrefs()V, pc=82

I have tried researching this error message online but have been unable to find the exact error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the SPSS software but still receive the same error message when attempting to open the program. Finally, I have contacted the vendor from whom I purchased and they are unable to provide a solution to the error as well.
As I am in the middle of data analysis for 3,400 subjects, it is vital that I am able to open and use the program without errors. Thank you very much for your assistance.
