IBM SPSS Text Analytics for Surveys 4.0.x reached End of Support and was removed from the IBM catalog 30 April 2020.
Alternatives are:
- SPSS TEXTANALYSIS Extension Command.
- IBM SPSS Modeler Premium with Text Analytics
- IBM Watson Discovery

I don't know the answer to your question, but I want to point out that there is a free extension command for SPSS Statistics, STATS TEXTANALYSIS, that you can install via Extensions > Extension Hub. It is not a replacement for STAFS, but it does have a lot of the basic capabilities..

Hi All,
Does anyone know how I go about buying or trying out SPSS Text Analytics for Surveys? I spent a good 15-20 minutes on the IBM website and I found lots of info on what it is and how to use it but for the life of me I could not find a way to purchase it!
I already have a subscription to SPSS Statistics.
