I installed the 27th version of SPSS Statistics and I have trouble loading it on both my windows and mac computers, when I try to start the program it only remains on the initial ibm spss statistics window without loading the program. closing spss and restarting doesn't seem to work. I pasted the ip address from my school's website so I don't think this is a licensing issue, there weren't any licensing error messages neither. how do I solve this problem?

Include all required information (e.g. authorization code, lock-code, product version, ...) such that we can immediately process your request.

For licensing questions on Student and Gradpack versions, please reach out to your vendor or academic institution where you obtained the license.
