We are getting below error while checking service execution in MWS under ‘Logged Fields’. We don’t see this in PrePROD but in PROD even though they are both the same. MWS is on v10.7 and the Monitor fix is 10.7, MWS is at 10.7 fix 3.

SOAPException( Client: [ISS.0088.9134] Exception occurred while processing the body of the message. Exception: Error querying for process control data: java.lang.NullPointerException.

Anyone has an idea about this error?

how is your search range configured?
Max results, time range etc.?

If I remember right, this error message can indicate a “Too many results” issue.

Max results is 200 and search range varies, for this specific case we chose 1 week, normally its a day. Also please note sometimes this Logged Fields shows ‘Empty’.

does this happen when you are just lisiting the invocations or when you try to open one specific invocation for showing the details?

How many fields in the pipeline are marked as “loggable filed”?

I believe its for all failed invocations, some showing Empty and some showing this error. No. of loggable fields vary, say 5 to 8.
