Has anyone ever seen this error?

[ART.117.4002] Adapter Runtime (Adapter Service): Unable to invoke adapter service CustomerSupportCRM.account.adapters.Siebel:insertAccount. [ADA.448.1000] SiebelJavaOperations.performInsert() - threw a SiebelException: code(22173), msg(Invalid search specification ‘[Parent Name] = “Account” and [Inactive] = “N” AND [Hidden] = “N” and [PickList] IS NOT NULL AND ()’. Please continue or ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.(SBL-DAT-00501))

Did you have any luck in figuring out why you got that error. We are getting this exception now, on our newly upgraded platform webm 7.0 with Siebel Adapter 6.0 on Windows 2003. Any help would be very much appreciated.

There are many reasons for this exception. We also got this same exception coiple of times and every time we debug we got different reasons.
Major one is when ever the siebel server is down,
Next when ever you are using a incorrect business component or the field doesn’t get the dersired values for the corresponding business component.

The exception is raised in siebeel, so debugging fromt eh siebel side whill give you the solution. For safe side try to apply siebel patches availble on the advantage site.
