    I've been having problems trying to install UTF-8 as the default locale. When I run smitty and try to install EN_US, which says it is UTF-8, but no matter what device/directory I set it says it is invalid. Also, how can I install EN_US.UTF-8? It does not appear in the list of available locales to install.
