We have a situation here, we have our bigfix server that is managed by my team but ILMT is setup and managed by some other team, this team is using our bigfix server and they have setup a ILMT accordingly for us.

Our team has access on the ILMT and we will be able to generate the reports from here. But my team doesnt have the ownership of the ILMT server, now the team owning the ILMT server is going to decomissioned the ILMT server next month because there contract is over and we cannot even migrate the ILMT to the other vm because we dont have access on the OS level.

Now we have a situation that we have to build the ILMT from scratch in our infra but we will be building the new ILMT (no migration of older data).

Since we have access to ILMT console we have saved the reports that we have configured, he have saved the part numbers that we can onboard in the new infra. But we have few questions below on which we require support:-

1. Is our data lost from previous ilmt or do we have a way here, to get our data in the new ILMT,?

2. IBM required 2 years of data, how can we able to provided them this information during audit, because now we have to setup a new infra? Will new infra get older all metric details?

3. What all details we have to take backup from the ILMT console, so that we can setup new infra as is?
