Hello Seniors, Hope all is well.

I have created a session level policy , Rules to Discard/Ignore Exceptions(Login Failed, SQL Errors) from user ? (question mark).

However, still I am receiving exceptions from this user. Pls refer below Rule Logic I have applied & assist further.
