I just upgraded my Qual environment from 9.0.7.1 to 10.0.3.1 and everything came up and seemed to be ok but after running sense Friday it is now giving me Service Unavailable errors when trying to hit the Reverse Proxy Instance index.html. Some instance allow me to hit the index.html however when i click a url directing me to an application functioned on that instance it gives me a service unavailable error for that junction. 

Not finding much on this issue in my searches and currently in an outage situation. I have an open PMR just trying all possible angles to find help.
