Other than that, not every system reboot will generate a dump. There are some failures that don't and
I don't think there is anyway to force it to do so.
But, since your errpt doesn't seem to show a reason for the reboot and there is no dump, I'd start checking
root shell history or command logs to see if someone initiated the reboot themselves.

No, there was no power failure, and server was not rebooted by any user, it got rebooted in front of me.
