When we receive message from partner to our TN, it is ending up in sender unknown and receiver unknown. But when we resubmit the same messages from TN, it’s recognizing sender receiver and processing the message.

We have recently upgraded from webMethods 9.8 to 9.12.

Could you please let me know what might be the issue here.

please check your TN Document Types in MWS for correct extraction queries for the neccessary fields.

The document type is recognizing fine but only sender and receiver are ending up in unknown.

But after resubmitting , all are getting recognized fine.

is there anything error log or server.log which might help us further?

I had a similar issue after our last migration from 7.1.3 to 9.5 where I found out after a while that the TN document types where not configured correctly to extract the needed values from the payload.

Or might it be an issue with your partner configuration where the extraction fails, but during resubmission the data is at the expected plase and can be extracted as needed?

As per the logs, when i compare for success and failed scenarios, i didn’t find any major differences.

We are invoking Default processing rule and then the message is failing.

Is there any change in this Default rule in new 9.12
