    I'm currently working on enhancing our organization's approach to business analytics and would love to tap into the collective expertise here.

    We've implemented several analytics solutions (including IBM Cognos and Planning Analytics), but we're facing challenges when it comes to scaling usage across multiple departments with varying data maturity levels. Specifically, I'm interested in:

    • Best practices for driving adoption across non-technical teams

    • Governance models that balance flexibility and control

    • Success stories (or lessons learned) from similar cross-functional rollouts

    • Tips for aligning analytics initiatives with business objectives
