    btw. what is the right procedure to uninstall SDDPCM from running system (rootvg hdisk devices is managed by SDDPCM).

    Sure,

    SDDPCM is a IBM driver to care Multipath using IBM Storages and Arrays in AIX. If you installed using for ex. Powerpath together can work fine, because, in some cases you can have a mix of storages on your server and they might work in the same environment.
