Scheduler going into hung state

    Hi All,

    We are facing an issue with our schedulers.Whenever any files come in the input directory , the scheduler goes into hung state and fails to pick the file.After we disable and enable the scheduler , it picks up the file and processes it.

    Sometimes we do see cases when the files are picked and processed immediately.This issue is seen intermittently.Could you please help me out in what this issue is and the solution for it ASAP.
