Hello,
Actually it makes sense, changing numberOfImportThreads doesn't help as this particular race condition problem been solved in 9.2.40.
It's something else...
Two items would be required to find out the root cause:
disconnected package name,
computer.yml file content.
Those two doesn't contain strictly confidential stuff but I always suggest to open up a support ticket to ILMT support when some file exchange is inevitable.

Can anybody verify that 9.2.40 fixes this? Or that the workaround actually works?
I have several versions of ILMT installed including 40 and with the iSeries almost all have the same issues and same error messages.
Changing the threads from 0 to 1 did not help on any version.
Also importing one at a time didn't help.

Hi,
I take that all three forum threads opened by you are about the same issue.
The root cause is a race condition during disconnected scan processing...the more disconnected packages the greeter probability of race condition to occur.
Will be fixed in 9.2.40.
As a workaround, on 'Management: Advanced Server Settings' panel pls. set numberOfImportThreads to 1.

Hi IBM team,
We currently have 50% of ISeries scan imports failing with the error 'The value of the endpointID property in the computer.yml does not match endpoint ID from package name'.

If we restart an import file by file (in error) the import succeeds.
Normally this error has been fixed (DT418071) and we are on version 9.2.39.0.Where could this problem come from?
Thank you in advance for your help.
