  • 1.  save opc 21 error after install Cum PTF level C5107740

    Hello, after installing the Cum PTF level C5107740 we ran a save opc 21 and it sent us these messages:

    CPD3DC8 - QPZ1ACUMX in QSYS not found for product 57xxSS1      
    option *BASE release V7R4M0.

    CPD3DC8 - QPZ1CCUMX in QSYS not found for product 57xxSS1      
    option *BASE release V7R4M0.

    Canceling the backup, the strange thing is that the PTF files appear to be installed correctly. How can we fix this?

    Why is there a XX in your product name ?

    What do you get for CHKPRDOPT PRDID(5770SS1) DETAIL(*FULL)

    I already resolved the issue; a replication software had some objects from the QSYS library trapped. They put the exception in place and it allowed us to run SAVSYS.
