Rule Designer connects to Decision Center

    When a user tries to use Rule Designer to connect to Decision Center in CP4BA 21.0.2, where the URL specifies in the connect string is using the decision center route, it fails with the authentication. However, the same userid/password works when I am using the exact url with the business console.

    In order for the RD to connect to DC, beside the dc route, it also needs to add in the context root, ex, http://...../decisioncenter.
