I also want to know why it did not ask me for lisence agreement during the install? Is this normal? During the installation I chose "Clean and new install" option.

For those of you have the same problem here is how it was fixed..it seemed that my null cable is not what IBM calls it null cable. You can fix the problem with opening up your null cable(connectors) and change the pin to look like the following: ( I know it is kind of hard but it is possible if you have the networking tools)
