    • New opcode SND-MSG sends either an informational message or an escape message.
    • New opcode ON-EXCP allows you to monitor for specific message IDs in a MONITOR group.

    The 7.3 and 7.4 PTFs are available now. (Later, you will need PTFs for 7.5 too.)
